The last item of cleaning that we had time for was to clean out the van. Will performed this Herculean feat. We can now actually transport people without warning them to update their tetanus shot first.

Yesterday, Will drove up to DeSoto to retrieve the kids from Nonnie and Pa's house. We are extremely grateful to them for watching the kids, and our kids had such a wonderful time. The snow and ice and weather yesterday made the drive back crazy for Will. Things started to get pretty bad by Wamego, but the real fun began when entering Manhattan. The local roads were slicker than snot. Thankfully, Will got everyone home safely; I ventured home from campus later and despite a few close calls, managed to make it home without hitting anyone OR sliding into a ditch. Another Win!
Everyone was exhausted last night, but the kids were SO EXCITED to see all that we had done to the place - both kept thanking us and especially loved their rooms. :)
