With all four of us home for a Snow Day today, our goal was to stay busy. (Oh. And to stay in our pajamas all day.) We have had lots of learning opportunities even with no school.
Science & Nature.
Mathematics. (The kids took rulers outside and measured the snow at different points, then took an average. When they did this, we estimated around 6 inches, but we are now thinking 8-9 inches with more still coming down.)
Lunch.
Home Economics.

Physical Education.

What did poor Will do to earn detention? :) FYI...it is so nice a warm here....
Jealous! We are supposed to have another snow storm Mon and Tues. This time I should probably help poor Will with the shoveling. :)
